Ordering from Pure & Bold Beauty?
We ship across Canada and the United States with competitive rates and 
reliable delivery times. For destinations outside Canada and the US, simply 
call us or email contact@purebold-beauty.com — we'll happily assist.

CALCULATING COST
Shipping costs are based on product weight and the delivery method you choose.
Canadian orders ship via trusted carriers (UPS, Purolator, FedEx, CanPar, GLS), 
and US orders are delivered by USPS. To see your cost, add your items to the 
cart and Proceed to Checkout - entering your shipping address will calculate 
your available shipping options.

🇨🇦 Canada
Free standard shipping on orders over $60 CAD (before tax).
Orders under $60 CAD ship at a flat rate of $10 CAD.
Express shipping available for $12.99 CAD.

🇺🇸 United States
Free standard shipping on orders over $60 USD (before tax).
Orders under $75 USD ship at a flat rate of $15 USD.
Express shipping available for $26 USD.
US orders are delivered by USPS, with duties handled under the CUSMA trade 
agreement - most products ship duty-free, with no surprise fees at your door.

DELIVERY TIME
Orders ship the next business day when received before 4:30 PM EST, excluding 
weekends and holidays. There are no deliveries on weekends or holidays.

Standard Shipping
- Canada: typically 1–4 business days for urban areas; smaller towns may add 
  1–2 business days.
- United States: 4–9 business days.

Express / Priority
- Canada: major urban areas in Ontario typically 1 business day; other 
  locations 2–4 business days; smaller towns may add 1–2 days.
- United States: 2–4 business days.
